Apply a moisturiser to cleansed skin, starting with the middle of face and paying attention to your cheeks, which are often drier. Then gradually work out towards the sides of your face. Gently massage in your cream, to stimulate your circulation and help its goodness to be fully absorbed. Finish off with your T-zone, using up any cream on your fingertips, as this part of the face doesn't need as much moisturising. Result: plump, glowing skin!
